7:00 am Tent set up.  The rest will start closer to  10 am

6:00 pm Event Director Dessert/Meeting – Glassen Building

Saturday, August 10th   Event - Day 1

8:00 a.m. Coaches meeting - under the north overhang of Glassen Building

8:15 a.m. Volunteer Sign In - Glassen Building (south Entrance)

8:30 a.m. Volunteers are to be at their assigned event for orientation and final set up.

Participant Registration – Under the east overhang of Glassen Building

8:45 a.m. Opening Ceremony-Trap Field Weather permitting (BRING A CHAIR)

Dining hall if bad weather

9:15 a.m. Some Events Open (Archery, Rifle, Orienteering, Safety Trail, Wildlife ID)

participants are to report to assigned starting event

9:45 a.m. Muzzle loading and Shotgun events open

11–1 p.m. Lunch available in the Rental Hall.  

Participants/Volunteers need to bring their ticket provided by MYSC. Lunch is available for spectators $12.00 Cash only.  Limited lunches available! Please Purchase ticket at the Registration table and scorers shack. Strongly encouraged to RSVP prior to event.

6 p.m.ISH All Events Close (Unless events need more time to get all participants through by
Sunday at 12 p.m.)

Sunday, August 11st  Event - Day 2  

8:15 a.m. Participants Check In Dining Hall

Coaches- Starting positions will be posted at Scores Shack

8:15 a.m. Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast for all volunteers in Glassen Building(RSVP)

8:30 a.m. Responsibility Hunter Exam (MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS)

8:50 a.m. Volunteers Check In - Glassen Building (south entrance)

9:15 a.m. Events Open – participants report to the assigned first event. 

11–12 Lunch available in the Rental Hall.

12 noon Events closed Tear Down & Clean Up
